Quite a few cricketing trends on Wednesday revolved around the Test match between Pakistan and Sri Lanka. Ramiz Raja was delighted to see the fans in the stadium for this game. Sri Lanka’s captain Dimuth Karunaratne tweeted that he felt very nice to be part of a Test match in Pakistan after ten years. The other trends were around the T20I match between India and West Indies.
After watching Rohit Sharma bat, Suryakumar Yadav tweeted that ‘Class is Permanent’. Ian Bishop, on the other hand, wrote that India has managed to bring out the powerplay batting tempo in the hour of need. Brad Hogg was impressed with Evin Lewis’ near one-handed blinder on the field. Harbhajan Singh wished Dilip Kumar on his birthday while Reeza Hendricks seemed gutted with the MSL performance.
