The cricketing trends on social media today revolved around the action in the South Africa vs Pakistan ODI series. Sarfraz Ahmed & Co. after a dismal performance in the Tests got things underway in style this time around. Faf du Plessis won the toss and decided to bat first, Pakistan in their response were thoroughly professional and scaled the target with enough overs and firepower left in their change room.
Then there were those who shared across birthday wishes, condemned a tragic incident in Pakistan and praised legend Roger Federer as well as his 20-year-old opponent who had a memorable outing in the Australian Open. All that and a lot more in the trends of the day.
