The cricketing trends on social media today revolved around the players draft which took place in Islamabad for the upcoming season of Pakistan Super League (PSL). There was a huge buzz between the cricketers after getting picked for the various teams. Kieron Pollard, Misbah-ul-Haq were snaffled by the Peshawar Zalmi while their owner also announced that Darren Sammy will be the leader of the side for the upcoming edition of the tournament.

Steve Smith and Shahid Afridi will be playing for the same side, The Sixth Team as the PCB has continued Multan Sultans and are waiting for the other franchise to take over the team. However, the South African star AB de Villiers will play for the Lahore Qalandars who released Brendon McCullum before the drafts.
