Cricketing Trends on Social Media Today

The cricketing trends on Saturday revolved all around Sri Lanka’s historic win in South Africa. The Asian team registered its first ever Test series win in the Rainbow Nation. Moreover, Sri Lanka is only the third team to win a series in South Africa since re-admission. The clean sweep has brought about immense happiness in the Sri Lankan cricket circles. Both current and the former cricketers from across the globe congratulated Sri Lanka over the win on Twitter.

Meanwhile, India’s limited-over vice-captain Rohit Sharma had a very interesting banter with Yuzvendra Chahal. He shared a picture of the leg-spinner and informed the fans how intimidating the youngster can be. However, Chahal soon hit back and made fun of Rohit with another old picture. Also, all-rounder Krunal Pandya shared a few pictures from India’s training session in Visakhapatnam ahead of the T20I series against Australia.
