The cricketing trends on social media revolved around a number of events. South Africa Women’s Marizanne Kapp posted a picture with her partner Dane van Niekerk. Both recently played in the Women’s Big Bash League. From Sydney, they would be going to Johannesburg. Kapp also heaped praise on fast bowler Sarah Alley, who announced her retirement from the WBBL. Both plied their trade for the Sydney Sixers. Anamul Haque Bijoy seemed happy to play for Gemcon Khulna in the inaugural edition of the Bangabandhu T20 Cup.

The Khulna team will be captained by national all-rounder Mahmudullah Riyad. The team also consist of Shakib Al Hasan, who’ll be making his comeback after a gap for 13 months. Shikhar Dhawan posted a picture with Team India’s new jersey. The left-handed batsman is set to be a part of the ODI series that gets underway with the first match on Friday, November 27 at the Sydney Cricket Ground.

Wriddhiman Saha was excited and congratulated the Cricket Association of Bengal for the inaugural Bengal T20 League. Ishant Sharma wished Amit Mishra on his birthday. Both the cricketers couldn’t play all the matches in the 2020 Indian Premier League after developing injuries. Dinesh Chandimal is looking forward to playing for the Colombo Kings in the 2020 edition of Lanka Premier League
