Sri Lankan cricketer Thisara Perera has announced his retirement from international cricket.

The biggest news that has come in today is that Sri Lankan cricketer Thisara Perera has announced his retirement from international cricket. Perera featured in 166 ODIs, 84 T20Is, and 6 Tests for the Sri Lankan side. And, Dinesh Chandimal has stated that he is shocked to hear about the retirement news of Perera.

Meanwhile, Sri Lanka thrashed Bangladesh by 209 runs in the 2nd Test to seal the two-match Test series 1-0, and some Sri Lankan cricketers have congratulated the Dimuth Karunaratne led side for their excellent performance against the Bangladeshi Tigers.
