Cricketing Trends on social media today

The one major announcement that has been an important part of social media discussions in the world of cricket is the announcement made by the Delhi Capitals (DC) side. The Delhi outfit has announced that 23-year-old batting sensation Rishabh Pant will lead the side for the 14th edition of the IPL. And, Pant has now posted a heartwarming video on Twitter, to thank the franchise for providing him with the opportunity.

Shreyas Iyer’s injury has now paved the way for Pant to don the skipper’s hat and Australian batting legend and Delhi Capitals’ Head Coach Ricky Ponting wants Pant to grab this opportunity as a leader.
