The cricketing trends on social media revolved around a number of events. Today, Sri Lanka squad landed in Pakistan for playing historic two-match Test series against Men in Green. The first Test is scheduled to get kicked off from December 11 followed by the second game on December 19. The Islanders received a warm welcome from the PCB officials and Dimuth Karunaratne, the Sri Lankan skipper was overwhelmed by their sweet gesture.

Salman Butt, the left-hand batsman from Pakistan smashed a six on the last ball and helped his side Falcon Hunters win a close match against Heat Stormers in Qatar T10 League. He also shared a video of his match-winning six with his fans on social media platforms.

Brian Lara is impressed with the performances of young West Indies cricket team against Team India in the 2nd T20I. Kieron Pollard and Co. defeated the hosts in Trivandrum that helped them to level the series by 1-1. Now, the series decider will be played in Mumbai at Wankhede Stadium on December 11.
