Cricketing trends in twitter today saw tweets coming in from all parts of the world. It was a very special day today as fathers from around the world celebrated Father’s day. The cricketing world also looked enthusiastic about the day and remembered the first ‘hero’ of our lives. Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag, Virat Kohli, Ajinkya Rahane, Mahela Jayawardene and many others expressed their gratitude to their fathers.

James Taylor was thankful to his supporters. Matthew Hayden spent his day touring the desert and looked excited about the camel ride. Denesh Ramdin was missing his little boy. Saeed Ajmal sought the blessing of the almighty while fasting. Kyle Abbott celebrated his birthday in Barbados. VVS Laxman was enjoying the view from the skyscraper. Shane Warne, who is currently in London, was keen about meeting his kids.
