Cricketing trends in Twitter today saw tweets coming in from all parts of the world. The much awaited England – Pakistan Test series finally kicked off today at the Lord’s. The Test was highly anticipated mainly for one reason – Mohammad Amir. Unfortunately, the cricketing world, which was waiting eagerly for him to come and bowl, will have to now most likely wait for at least two days to watch the much-debated man in action again.

Wasim Akram was at the venue and saw things getting started from the media box with Mark Nicholas. James Taylor also was all settled at his place and enjoyed the action. Former Pakistan bowling ace Saeed Ajmal wished his team all the very best ahead of the important fixture. One the other side of the world, Shikhar Dhawan shared a video with his followers While Cheteshwar Pujara posted a video of him bowling with head coach Anil Kumble in the nets.
