Cricketing trends in Twitter today began with the tweeples celebrating Sachin Tendulkar and Waqar Younis’ international debuts. It was on this day way back in 1989 when both the cricketing legends made their international debut playing against each other at the National stadium, Karachi. Virat Kohli, Virender Sehwag and many others wished the Sachin Tendulkar on this special day. Waqar Younis also recollected the special memories and tweeted about it to Sachin Tendulkar.

On the other, The South Africans had a very different reason to rejoice as the Proteas defeated Australia by an innings and 80 runs. Kyle Abbott took 6/71 and bundled out the hosts for just 161 runs and help his team take a 2-0 series lead. Morne Morkel, Graeme Smith, David Miller and many other expressed their happiness through tweets. Michael Vaughan was excited to be back to Vishakapatnam.
