Cricketing trends in Twitter today saw tweets coming in from all around the globe. Most of the talks and the social media feeds of the day encircled around build-up to the third Test between India and Australia. Also, the cricketers wished the fans on the occasion of Holi. Former Australian skipper Michael Clarke was pleased to meet MS Dhoni in Ranchi. He shared a picture with Dhoni on his Twitter handle. Harbhajan Singh had duel celebrations to enjoy.

The festival of Holi and his wife’s birthday fell on the same day and the turbanator had a great time on the day. Meanwhile, the day also marked the birthday of West Indies cricketer Denesh Ramdin, who thanked all for the birthday wishes. Shane Warne had his bit of relaxation time as he finished the sixth season of popular television show Suits. Saeed Ajmal expressed his excitement on returning back home after being the leading wicket-taker in the Hong Kong T20 Blitz.

Murali Vijay and Matthew Hayden had their wishes coming on the occasion of Holi. Parthiv Patel was sad at missing out on playing the crucial knock outs fixture of the Vijay Hazare Trophy yesterday. Gujarat lost the game and thereby crashed out of the tournament. Parthiv, however, was happy with the way things fared up for the Gujarat team this season.
