Former Australian speedster Brett Lee turned 40 on November 8. His fans were well aware of his birthday and were not far behind in wishing him. A sea of his fans and his friends from the cricket fraternity wished him on the occasion. Lee is one of the legends of the game. With over 200 ODIs and 76 Tests to his name, Lee spearheaded the Australian bowling lineup for a decade. His perfect action and fiery pace were the talk of the town during his playing days.

Brett Lee has turned up to commentary post his retirement. He is being adored in his new role as well. Lee, who is a renowned musician too, tried his hands at movies as well. His debut movie UnIndian hit the box office a couple of months ago. His co-star from the movie, Tannishtha Chatterjee also wished him on his birthday. She wrote, “Happy Birthday!!! @BrettLee_58     To one of the most adorable persons I know. Have a blast. Big hug.”

As usual, the most epic birthday wish came from the former Indian opener Virender Sehwag. Sehwag has been hitting boundaries on micro-blogging site Twitter with his sarcasm and puns. He is known for wishing his fellow cricketers with unique birthday wishes. Lee wasn’t far behind in receiving one either. Virender Sehwag found humor in the number 58 written on Lee’s Twitter handle. He wished it would have been better had the speed of Lee’s deliveries been only 58 miles per hour.

Sehwag wrote, “Happy Birthday @BrettLee_58. Why is there 58 in your handle? Wish your speed was only 58 miles per hour! Binga is very Changa.” Brett Lee was quick to thank Sehwag for his wishes and called him a legend. His tweet read, Ha ha thanks Viru. Maybe it was because I thought I would play cricket till I was 58 years of age. Luckily Not! Thanks legend.”
