Team Bangladesh has been in a stunning form in the recent times. They have managed to escalate to the sixth spot in the ICC ODI rankings owing to their impressive run. It was a brilliant series-leveling effort from them in all the three formats of the game. In their next assignment in Ireland, they managed to stun the New Zealand side in the final game of the tri-series.

On the performance side of things, they have been doing a great job. Bangladesh had almost won their first warm-up game against Pakistan in the leadup to the Champions Trophy as well. It was a certain quickfire knock from Fahim Ashraf towards the end that took the game away from the Bangladeshi camp. The match was dusted and the performances of the both sides were appreciated.

There was one thing that stood out in the warm-up game though. Team Bangladesh sported their new kit which was very much different from their usual jerseys. The color red dominates the major part of the jersey and there was a slight shade of green running down the shoulder areas. The lowers were red in color and it was certainly not the traditional way the team has been dressing up in international tournament.s

Well, some people loved the new dress kit while there were others who felt that the green color could have suited them better. Here is the catch for them. Team Bangladesh is the only team to be sporting two jerseys during their stay in England. It is very likely that they will be wearing the red jerseys in their warm-up fixtures. They had earlier worn red jerseys in Qualifiers of World T20 last year and then wore green jerseys in the main event.

In the Champions Trophy as well, they will be seen back in their green jerseys. The Bangladeshi players posted their pictures in the new kit for the Champions Trophy on the social media recently. They will play their first match of the tournament on June 1 against England.

Here is how the players unveiled the new jerseys on social media:
