Former Australian vice-captain, David Warner has faced enough criticism and backlash over the ball-tampering fiasco in the last month. Right when the rage of the common masses seems to be finally abating,  he’s back in the news again. However, this time it’s Warner’s brother-in-law who’s landed in a nightmarish controversy by smashing the car window of a paparazzo.

After having been suspended from all forms of international Cricket for an entire year by Cricket Australia (CA), Warner has recently been spotted in the picturesque surroundings of Maroubra. The star cricketer seems to be enjoying a quiet family time with his wife, Candice Warner and his two daughters. Reports suggest that the family is building a luxurious beach house in the vicinity of the pretty town.

Candice Warner’s brother smashes paparazzo’s car window

Warner’s brother-in-law, that is, Candice Warner‘s brother, Tim Falzon recently got embroiled in his share of controversy when he broke the car window of a known paparazzo, Jayden Seyfarth. Falzon used a shovel to smash the window. Reportedly, Seyfarth had been staking out Warner’s family home, thereby eliciting a violent reaction from Falzon.

Falzon has been charged with wilfully damaging and destroying property and will front court in June. Reacting to the incident, Seyfarth said to Channel Seven News, “I was in disbelief. I was shocked and shaken up.” However, this isn’t the said paparazzo’s first brush with stepping out of bounds. Prior to this, he’d been blacklisted by Virgin Australia Airlines after he breached a major protocol at the Sydney Airport security. He’d printed Bachelorette star Sophie Monk and her then partner Stu Laundy’s boarding passes and had waited for the couple in the Virgin lounge.

As reported by Fox Sports, the airline’s Group Security team, in a letter sent to the brother-in-law of David Warner, wrote,”Virgin Australia considers the safety, security, and comfort of all of our guests and staff as our top priorities, and regards any incident that compromises these values as a serious matter. Virgin Australia reserves the right to refuse carriage of any person for any reason as per the terms and conditions listed on our website. As a result of your behaviour, it is our intention to exercise this right and deny you carriage on all services provided by the Virgin Australia Group of Airlines indefinitely.”
