Dinesh Karthik and wife Dipika Pallikal blessed with twin baby boys

The India and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) player Dinesh Karthik and his wife Dipika Pallikal who is a professional squash player have been blessed with twin boys. Karthik took it to his official Twitter account to inform his fans and followers about this special news. As soon as he posted the tweet the couple received a lot of congratulatory messages from their followers.

In the Tweet posted by Karthik, the couple is seen posing happily with their twin babies. The first picture also features their pet dog who on many occasions has been a part of a lot of their pictures on Instagram and across the social media platforms. Dipika Pallikal also took it to her Instagram account to share their adorable pictures and give the good news to her fans. The couple has named their children Kabir Pallikal Karthik and Zian Pallikal Karthik.

“And just like that 3 became 5. Dipika and I have been blessed with two beautiful baby boys Baby Kabir Pallikal Karthik, Zian Pallikal Karthik and we could not be happier,” Dinesh Karthik wrote.

Dinesh Karthik recently featured in IPL 2021

Karthik has been in limelight for his broadcasting stint before entering the IPL 2021. He featured in the commentary panel of the England-India five-match Test series. He brought a jovial and fresh aspect to the job and fetched in a lot of appreciation from all around the cricketing fraternity.

He also kept the fans engaged by giving them updates on the weather. Dinesh Karthik then featured in the IPL for the Kolkata Knight Riders. The team did not have a very good outing in the first leg of the IPL but bounced back stronger in the second half of the tournament. Venkatesh Iyer was exceptional for the side and made crucial contributions to the side.

KKR made it to the final of IPL 2021 wherein they locked horns with the MS Dhoni-led CSK side. The team’s top order made valuable contributions to change the fortunes of the team. Dinesh Karthik also chimed in with a few cameos for the team in the UAE leg of the IPL. The team, however, lost the final as CSK lifted their fourth IPL title.
