Dwayne Bravo to release his new song during IPL 2018

The 33-year old will have a new song to sing this time around in the IPL.

Apart from his death bowling and hard-hitting skills, Windies cricketer Dwayne Bravo is known for his unique, care-free antics on the field. Now popularly known as DJ Bravo, he has entertained fans all over the world with his cricket and his work in the music industry. The ‘Champion’ singer is excited to launch his new song, ‘Run the World’ in the upcoming IPL 2018.

The groovy, hip-hop number seems to be very catchy and the promotion for it has already begun. Indian cricketers including the sibling-duo of Hardik and Krunal Pandya, who are part of Mumbai Indians team, posted a video on their Instagram account, where they can be seen humming the song and grooving on it too.

Another cricketer who was seen shaking a leg with DJ Bravo on his song was his Chennai Super Kings team-mate Deepak Chahar. The two mixed the number with Chennai Super Kings official song Whistle Podu.

Dancing with teammates

Earlier, he had posted a video of him dancing along with team mates Harbhajan Singh and Murali Vijay as well. It is no news that Bravo never misses out an opportunity to put on his dancing shoes. When CSK rode in an open bus across Chennai, Bravo stole the limelight by shaking his leg to Bollywood and international numbers.

DJ Bravo’s ‘Trip Abhi Baki Hai’ that released last year also crossed six-million mark on YouTube. Bravo’s official song, Champion, which released in March 2016 become extremely popular and has more than 57 million views on YouTube.

The Chennai Super Kings (CSK) star Bravo has always been talked about for his jovial behavior on and off field. He often breaks into a dance on the cricket field to celebrate winning moments or when he gets a wicket. He will be seen in action in this edition’s opening clash against defending champions Mumbai Indians on April 7 in Mumbai.
