England has announced the 14-man squad for the only T20I they are scheduled to play after the conclusion of the ODI series. England has already won the 5-match ODI series after winning the first three games easily.
The squad has only two changes in it. Sam Billings and Tymal Mills come in the place of Jake Ball and Liam Dawson. The rest of the squad bears the same look. The match will be held at Manchester on September 7. Both Billing and Mills carry a great T20 reputation. While one known for his outrageous hitting skills the other is well reputed i the domestic circuit for his rapid bowling.
England has already pocketed the ODI series after winning the 3rd game in a dominating fashion, beating them 169 runs. England, batting first, posted a record-breaking 444/3 in the first innings and then bundled out or just 275.
Alex Hales struck a record-breaking century, Joe Root struck yet another masterful half-century, Eoin Morgan, and Jos Buttler went on a rampage in the final overs to take their to the highest team total in ODIs. It was an epic display of aggressive batting much similar to the hyper-aggressive batting performance shown by the West Indies a couple of days ago.
Pakistan, in reply, were rolled over Chris Woakes & Co. before Yasir Shah and Mohammad Amir batted stunningly to reduce the losing margin.
