Estonia, Spain and Malta will be involved in a T20 tri-series later this week. The tournament will commence on March 29 and conclude on March 31 and a total of nine matches will be played over the course of three days. Each team will play six matches facing each other thrice after which the top team will lift the trophy on the third day of the tri-nation series.

This is the first big tournament that Estonia will be involved in since 2012. Also, this is their first ever T20 tri-series and the team will be excited to play and most importantly win it. The competition will begin with a game between Estonia and Malta at 10 AM in the morning and a couple more matches will follow at 1 PM and 4 PM on the day.

The same schedule in terms of timing will be followed by each team as they play two matches every day. Estonia have announced the 13-man squad with Timothy Heath to lead the group while the other two sides, Spain and Malta have also named the 13 and 15-man squads respectively.

Australia born Timothy Heath

Timothy Heath, the Australian-born cricketer, is the captain of Estonian national cricket team. He has been a constant source of inspiration for this team and has been representing them for a really long time now. He is an all-rounder in the team and contributes heavily to both the departments. Tim’s recent form also suggests that he will be the key player for the team in this tri-series. Recently, his all-round effort of an unbeaten 52 with the bat and then 3/12 with the ball had helped Estonia a great deal against Luxembourg.
