Indian cricket stars, including Sachin Tendulkar and Rohit Sharma, shared memorable and unique messages on the occasion of father’s day 2022, which is being observed on June 20 (Sunday). Players posted emotional posts, thanking their fathers for contributing to their success. Some also shared their thoughts on being fathers themselves as well. Many Indian Premier League franchises also shared some posts of players with kids on the special occasion.
Fans are used to witnessing Rohit’s wife and daughter Samaira in the stadium, cheering for Team India and his IPL team Mumbai Indians on multiple occasions. Meanwhile, on the occasion of father’s day, the Indian skipper shared a happy father’s day post with an emotional quote for her daughter Samaira, who means the world to him.

India’s batting legend Sachin Tendulkar remembered his late father and thanked him for letting him find his own way. He also shared a minute-length video of him and his family sharing some old memories about his father. “Every child’s first Hero is his father. I was no different. Even today, I remember what he taught me, his unconditional love & how he let me find my own path. Happy Father’s Day everyone!” Sachin Tendulkar wrote.

The former vice-captain of India’s Test team, Ajinkya Rahane also shared a post about being there for his daughter and wrote that he learned more in life after becoming a father. “I’ve truly learnt more in life after I became a Dad.
