Pakistan cricketers Fakhar Zaman and pacer Junaid Khan are well known for their aggressive approach towards batting and bowling respectively. 27-year-old Zaman has played nine ODIs and as many T20Is so far. His maiden hundred came against India at the Champions Trophy finals in England, earlier this year. The left-hander was on a rampage and scored 114 in that game. He was awarded the man of the match award for his heroics.

On the other hand, Junaid has 22 Tests, 66 ODIs and nine T20Is under his belt. He has over 170 international wickets across the three formats. The pacer has been impressive in the ongoing Bangladesh Premier League, where he bagged figures of 4/27, playing for Khulna Titans.

“I was not so much aggressive, but when we friends used to play together some of us get themselves involved into fights, Naturally, I would jump up to support my teammates,” stated Zaman, quoted PCB.  I once broke someone’s nose, and got my head injured twice,” added Zaman.

Junaid, on the other hand, said that he along with his cousins, used to pick up fights together with other kids in their village. Pakistan will next travel to New Zealand to play a series of five ODIs and three T20Is.

Junaid’s recent statement on Mahmudullah

The left-arm Matra-born pacer recently praised the Titans’ skipper Mahmudullah and went on to compare him with the likes of MS Dhoni and Misbah-Ul-Haq. “He is a great captain. I have seen cool minded captain like MS Dhoni or Misbah-ul-Haq. They are always cool and calm in the field and they never shout to players in the field. Mahmudullah is similar to that.” Junaid had told Dhaka Tribune

“He also respects the seniors and takes advice often if needed. Whenever unwanted things happen like dropped catch or misfielding or batsman getting out by playing loose shots or something like that, Mahmudullah never reacts angrily. He handles the situation calmly,” he added.
