Bucharest Super Kings are set to fight with Bucharest Zalmi in the 41st match of ECS Romania T10 2023 at the Moara Vlassiei Cricket Ground in Bucharest on June 27. BSK ranks tenth, having won just one out of the seven matches so far, whereas BZ are in the sixth position on the points table, having won three out of seven.

Bucharest Super Kings encountered Giarmata in their last match. Kings won the toss and elected to field. The middle order of Giarmata played really well and took the team to a total of 173 runs. When BSK returned to chase, the team lost just three wickets, but due to the slow run rate, they could only take their total up to 95 and thus lost the match by a massive margin of 78 runs. Nayeem Sheikh played a remarkable knock of 55 runs but couldn’t save the drowning boat of his team.

Bucharest Zalmi last played against UNEFS, where BZ lost the match by seven wickets. BZ won the toss and chose to bat. Except for Weeraperruma Jayasuriya, who scored 40 runs off just 13 balls, no one else from BZ gave a knock worth remembering. The wickets kept falling regularly, and hence the team ended the first inning with a mere 94 runs for the loss of ten wickets. Coming to bat, UNEFS chased the score easily, losing just three wickets. Mecit Ozturk was the only successful bowler from BZ who scalped two wickets.
