Bulls XI will lock horns with Tigers XI in the 10th match of the Pondicherry T20 League 2023 at the Cricket Association Puducherry Siechem Ground in Puducherry on July 3. Bulls XI have won and lost a game each and are in the second position. Tigers XI, on the other hand, have won their only match so far and are third in the rankings.

Bulls XI  had played against Lions XI in their last match, where Bulls XI won the toss and elected to bowl. The Lions started very slow, although they were not losing too many wickets. Their scoring rate was low for the whole innings, and it was the knock of 55 runs from 30 balls by B Surendar which boosted the Lions’ innings and helped them post a total of 140 runs on the board. Bulls started decently in their chase and had two significant partnerships for the first two wickets, due to which they were quickly able to chase down the score and won the match by seven wickets.

Tigers XI had squared off against Lions XI in their last match, where Tigers XI won the toss and elected to bowl. The Lions were off to a shaky start being reduced to 33 for three. Several of their batters had got starts, but none of them were able to convert them into bigger totals which meant Lions posted 135 runs on the board. Tigers were no different in their approach as well. Similar to their counterparts, their batters had got starts but were not able to convert as well. The match got to a very interesting point at the end where the Tigers managed to keep their cool and hence clutch the match by one wicket.
