Losing a wicket on the very first ball, Dubai did not start well but a decent partnership for the second wicket and then a sensational partnership for the third one, and they were racing ahead in the game. They posted a strong total of 127 runs on the board. Emirates made an explosive start but lost two wickets early. They kept their scoring rate high throughout their innings and it seemed it would be an easy win for them, however, Dubai bowlers did a terrific job to pull things back as they won the game by a fine margin of just one run.

Fujairah played against Abu Dhabi in their last match where Abu Dhabi won the toss and elected to bat. They started the innings explosively and were going ahead well. However, once they lost a wicket, they got slower. The middle order to come then took the responsibility and scored briskly to take the team’s total to 96 runs. Fujairah lost an early wicket in the chase and so had a comparatively slower start. A similar story as their counterparts, the middle order came to the game and made it their own as they won the game by six wickets.
