Surrey were off to a dreamy start, with both their openers almost reaching centuries but falling short of it. They finished the innings with a huge score of 252 runs in their tank. Middlesex did not back off from such a target and started their chase with the winning intent. Each of their batters looked brilliant on the pitch and created history by chasing down the total. They won the match by seven wickets with four balls to spare.
