Manipal Tigers (MNT) will lock horns with Urbanrisers Hyderabad (UHY) in the 1st Qualifier Match of the Legends League Cricket 2023 at the Lalbhai Contractor Stadium in Surat on December 5. Both these teams have been in great form, playing five matches in their league stage and winning three of them, taking the first two spots in the rankings, respectively.

Capitals made an aggressive start to the match, and even though they kept losing wickets at regular intervals, they kept the run rate going. Several players got starts and contributed well due to which they reached a good total of 186 runs. Tigers started well but were comparatively slower than their opponents. However, the middle order took responsibility and changed the pace of the chase, due to which they won the game by four wickets on the penultimate ball of the game.

Urbanrisers Hyderabad squared off against Bhilwara Kings in their last game, where Bhilwara Kings won the toss and elected to bat. They lost their first wicket in the first over itself, and though they had a good partnership for the second wicket, it was slow. As the game progressed, the pace could not be made better due to which they were limited to a total of 144 runs. Hyderabad, in return, had a completely different approach as they went in bang bang from ball one. As a result, they won the match easily by seven wickets with 15 balls to spare.
