Imran Ali, who came to bat at three, also went back to the hut pretty soon, but it was Jawad Anwar who seemed to be in some different mood altogether. He dismantled the opposition bowlers as he brought up his century and took his team’s total to 215. In reply, PSV Aachen started well but soon lost three wickets on a trot. Their number four batter, too, looked good and played some brilliant shots but could not go up to score a century, which proved to be the difference between the two sides. PSV Aachen were bowled out for a total of 177 and lost the match by 38 runs.
