Svalholm will lock horns with Farmers in the 1st Qualifier match of Group B of the European Cricket League 2023 at the Cartama Oval on March 4. American University started well but couldn’t manage the required run rate, and eventually, they fell short by 53 runs.

Farmers squared off against Indo-Bulgarians in their last encounter, where Indo-Bulgarians won the toss and elected to bat. The pitch seemed to be slow and sticky as scoring got extremely hard. They could only manage to score 57 runs at the expense of eight wickets at the end of the first innings. Stan Norman was the best-performing bowler as he scalped three wickets. Farmers returned with the bat, and it seemed like they were batting on a different pitch altogether. They lost just two wickets and chased down the target with 25 balls to spare with eight wickets in hand.
