Defending champions Hampshire finished second in the south group with nine wins in 14 matches. Opener Harry Came gave a good start with 43 runs off 29 balls. But in the end, they fell short by 28 runs. Patrick Brown and Usama Mir scalped three wickets each, while Adam Finch bagged two.
