Irfan and Raees Ahmed, with Ahmed scoring a ton, helped them set a target of 165 runs. The bowlers couldn’t pick any wickets in the inning. Coming in to chase, Strikers tried to score runs but kept losing wickets constantly. Safeer Tariq and Ronak Panoly were the highest scorers, with 38 and 37 runs, respectively. However, the team fell short of runs in front of the mammoth target of 164 and thus lost the match by 31 runs.

Defenders CC had their last encounter against Seven Districts, where Districts won the toss and elected to bowl. The team started well, with Usman Khan hitting 71 runs, followed by S Bhatti making 59 runs. With the fall of just one wicket, Defenders scored 153 runs in ten overs.  Districts opened to a decent start, but the wickets started falling very soon. MS Khan (25) and Raees Ahmed (24) scored the highest among them, followed by F Ali, who made 20 runs. In the end, they fell short of 33 runs and lost the match.
