Legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar is pretty busy nowadays with the release of is upcoming biopic just round the corner. Sachin: A Billion Dreams is all set to hit the theatres on 26th May and it is expected to be one of the most grossing films of the year. The former great is travelling all over the country for the promotions of the film and the latest he met was none other than Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Tendulkar shared a picture with Modi on his social networking sites Twitter and facebook to inform his fans and followers about their meeting. He also briefed the Prime Minister on his movie which is expected to reveal some deepest darkest secret on Tendulkar’s life. Taking to his twitter handle Tendulkar wrote, “Briefed our Hon’ble PM @narendramodi about the film #SachinABillionDreams & received his blessings, (sic.)”

Within 25 minutes Narendra Modi responded back on his twitter handle with a picture of him and Sachin with a caption, “Had a very good meeting with @sachinrt. His life journey & accomplishments make every Indian proud & inspire 1.25 billion people.” Both the stalwarts in their respective fields had a great day meeting each other with having a great mutual respect for each other.

Following their meeting, twitteratti started sharing some funny memes of the duo. Tendulkar who is a member of the Parliament rarely visits the house for which he was criticised severely. The memes will make you burst with laughter with some giving the reference of Rahul. While Rahul Dravid shared quite a few memorable partnerships with Tendulkar, Rahul Gandhi is a troll favourite in the country.

Meanwhile, Tendulkar revealed that he got quite emotional while shooting for the film as it made him relive his whole cricketing journey. His 24 years of international cricket was filled with some exceptional moments to go with some disappointing ones. Tendulkar conceded that even some of his personal video clips will be seen in the movie.
