The IPL 2020 is over and the Mumbai Indians walked away with all the glory and limelight. The classy franchise that has lifted the title five times has some equally classy players too. All-rounder Hardik Pandya is the first name that pops the mind while talking of class and glamour even off the field. His style statement in his lifestyle things speaks a lot about his luxurious taste and the fact is no longer hidden by his MI teammates.

In the recent video uploaded by Mumbai, players and coaching staff were asked to describe him in one word. He is a likable character, and everyone had something good to say for him. Starting from ace pacer Jasprit Bumrah, he described Pandya as “Glamorous” with a smirk and also added, “ You tell him that I said glamorous.”
“???? Paltan, what’s your one word to describe our Kung-Fu Pandya ???,” Tweeted MI.

Jayawardene labelled Hardik Pandya as a ‘Character’

Moving on to MI’s head coach Mahela Jayawardene, he called him a ‘character,’ while Shane Bond feels like Hardik is already a ‘Legend.’ Zaheer Khan also stepped up to tell his thoughts about Pandya and chose the word ‘Energy’ to describe him. Energy describes the splendid all-rounder perfectly in terms of the level of power and energy he brings on the field. While coming to bat later down the order, he does his job on point to fetch big things for the team.

The 27-year-old had a great outing in IPL this season as he turned out to be an integral member of the winning squad. Though he couldn’t turn up with the ball this time, his bat was unstoppable in the action. With his big hits, he used to accelerate Mumbai’s end game like fire almost every time in the recently concluded season. He gathered 281 runs in his bag while playing 13 innings and maintained a brilliant strike rate of 178.98.

Pandya will be seen next in action against Australia in the limited-overs series. He missed out to be part of the Test squad as he is unable to bowl at the current time owing to his back injury.
