Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli is one of the power couples doing the rounds in the Indian sporting and film industry. The duo tied the knots way back in December 2017 in a destination wedding in Italy and has been appreciative of each other over the time being. Both have faced a lot of trolls in their respective fields, but the couple has encountered them with grace and dignity.

Virat and Anushka have also stated how their careers have flourished as their marriage life progressed. Even as Virat’s numbers for Team India kept soaring, Anushka kept setting the Box Office on fire with some blockbusters. The lovebirds are also pretty active on the social media platforms. They keep on posting adorable pictures from time to time on Twitter and Instagram.

Both also finds limited time to spend with each other. In a recent post, Anushka said how she finds it tough to bid adieu to her husband. She was in New Zealand when Virat played the five-match T20I series and the three-match ODI series. Anushka won’t be there with Kohli for the red-ball games.

Before leaving, she shared an adorable picture with her better half. With a rather heavy heart, she captioned the picture and wrote, “You’d think good byes get easier with time. But they never do …”

Here is Anushka’s post

Virat having a tough time in New Zealand

Virat hasn’t had the best of times in his outings against the Black Caps. In the T20I series, he got starts, but could never carry on and score big. Same was the case even in the 50-over matches. In the opening match at the Seddon Park in Hamilton, he scored a half-century before Ish Sodhi accounted for his wicket. In the second and third match, Virat flattered to deceive.

India’s Test series versus the Kiwis is set to get underway on February 21 with the first Test at the Basin Reserve in Wellington. The second Test is scheduled to be played from February 29 to March 04 at the Hagley Oval in Christchurch. Recently, Ian Smith, the popular New Zealand commentator, said that Virat will churn out at least one big score in the series if not a whole lot.
