David Warner has been spending most of his time on Tik-Tok, the popular short video platform, especially for the young generation. If not the coronavirus outbreak, he would have been plying his trade for the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the 2020 edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). In the cash-rich event, he is the leading run-scorer among the foreign cricketers.

Warner has won the Orange Cap plenty of times and also led SRH to glory in the 2016 IPL. His team beat the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) to get their hands on the trophy. Back in March, Warner played against the New Zealand at the Sydney Cricket Ground. But the remaining matches of the series had to be cancelled due to the COVID-19 and players were asked to go home.

Ever since, the southpaw has been in quarantine and having a gala time with wife Candice and their three daughters. Of late, he has been picking popular South Indian movies for his Tik-Tok videos. A few days earlier, he picked the song Butta Bomma, featuring Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde.

The video went viral on social media platforms and even made the original song more popular. The New South Wales-born was even praised by Arjun for performing on the song with Candice. Later Pat Cummins, his Aussie teammate, also poked fun at him for the hilarious videos.

In the meantime, the 33-year-old Warner had another rib-tickling video up his sleeve. In the clip, he was holding the bat up as if he was pointing fingers at someone. He then said a dialogue from Mahesh Babu’s Superhit movie Pokiri. The movie also featured the glamorous Illeana D’Cruz and the enigmatic Prakash Raj and it was released back in 2006.

He captioned the video and wrote, “Guess the movie?? I tried everyone Good luck #tollywood #requested #helpme #”

Previously, Warner said that he won’t mind joining Bollywood after he hangs his boots from cricket. He expressed his opinions during an Instagram Live session with England cricketer Jonny Bairstow. Currently, Warner is a stalwart of the Aussie team across all the three formats.
