Hamza Ghanchi, playing for Karachi Whites, scored an unbeaten triple century in the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy game against National Bank of Pakistan at NBP Sports Complex Ground, Karachi. Hamza made his first-class debut in December 2013 at 19 years of age but has played only 9 first-class matches since. He batted for almost 11 hours and faced 470 balls in the process.
The left-handed batsman struck 32 fours in his innings and managed a handsome strike rate of 71. This made him the 17th Pakistani and 20th batsman overall to score a first-class triple-hundred in Pakistan.
