Hardik, Krunal share emotional messages on Twitter

Mumbai Indians maintained their dominance in the 10^th edition of the Indian Premier League as they successfully overcame the Kolkata Knight Riders hurdle to finish the league stage at the number one spot. Batting first, the men in blue registered a total of 173 runs at the electrifying Eden Gardens stadium in Kolkata. Living up to the expectations with the ball, the Reliance group-owned franchise restricted the home team 9 runs short of their target leaving a disappointed Shahrukh Khan on the stands.

The Pandya brothers were the two batsmen on the crease at the end of the Mumbai inning while Hardik proved his mettle in the bowling department too, bowling an impressive final over. Apparently, Hardik and Krunal who have been grabbing the limelight throughout this IPL did not end the match on good terms.

The deadly duo was seen involved in a heavy conversation on social media platform, Twitter, shortly after Mumbai Indians registered their 100^th victory in T20s. Referring to some incident which did not go down well with Hardik, the younger of the two tweeted “”Sometimes in life, people closest to you end up disappointing you the most. Not cool, bro!”

Krunal Pandya who is the elder of the Pandya brothers did not take long to come up with a reply to his brother’s emotional tweet. Krunal took to twitter and said “”.@hardikpandya7, this shouldn’t have happened in the first place. I am bade bhaiyya for a reason. Let’s not make this a big issue!”

Krunal’s reply was a completely matured one and justifies the fact that he is the elder one. The left arm spinner surely did not want to stretch the issue and tried to put an end to it.

On a different note, the win was a big plus point for the Mumbai Indians as they will now get two shots at the final as a result of finishing at the top of the ladder. Hardik Pandya was right on the money with the ball by giving away just 22 runs from his 4 overs and picking up two wickets.

It is not yet clear what happened between the Pandya brothers but we can be sure of the fact that something is wrong between them. Mumbai Indians will certainly hope that the matter gets solved immediately as both the players are extremely crucial for the team with the playoff stages just about to kick off.
