Despite being away from the cricket scenario for almost a year now, former India skipper MS Dhoni never fails to grab the headlines. The 38-year-old was last seen donning the Indian jersey in the Men in Blue’s thumping semi-final defeat against New Zealand in World Cup 2019.

Since then, several reports related to the former Indian skipper’s retirement have surfaced across the internet. After BCCI removed the name of Dhoni from the Annual Contract List, many anticipated that the wicketkeeper-batsman might bid adieu to international cricket. However, India head coach Ravi Shastri had stated that Dhoni might mark his return to the national squad if he performs well while donning the CSK jersey in IPL 2020.

Amid all the speculation of Dhoni’s retirement, he was often seen spending time with his family. Earlier this year, the CSK skipper was seen in the company of his five-year-old daughter Ziva, catering to him as his makeup artist.

While Dhoni was in Mumbai for a photo shoot, his daughter Ziva was seen doing his makeup with a brush. The video went viral across social media in no time where Ziva was sitting in Dhoni’s lap while applying makeup on his face.

Meanwhile, celebrity hairstylist Sapna Bhavnani, who has shared the video on her Twitter, feels that she might lose her job to Ziva Dhoni. Sapna can also be spotted giving makeup advice to Ziva in the clip.

“I think I have lost my job to this cutie pie #zivasingh #dhoni #MSDhoni #COVID2019 hai na ?”– wrote Sapna Bhavnani on Twitter while sharing the clip.

CSK training camp was called off in the wake of coronavirus

Meanwhile, Dhoni, along with other CSK teammates had to return back home after Chennai Super Kings’ training camp was called off in the wake of coronavirus. Post the outbreak of the pandemic, IPL 2020 has landed into hot waters as the possibility of the tournament looks slim.

Dhoni was set to lead Chennai Super Kings in the thirteenth edition of Indian Premier League. However, with clouds of cancellation hovering around the tournament, Dhoni’s international comeback has also landed into trouble. The prolific wicketkeeper-batsman was anticipated to pave his way into India’s T20 World Cup 2020 squad by delivering impressive performances in IPL 2020.
