I was in love, says Anushka Sharma when asked the reason for getting married at the age of 29

The Bollywood superstar Anushka Sharma got married to the Indian captain and the love of her life Virat Kohli in December 2017. The couple chose a scenic venue in Italy to get hitched in the presence of only close family and friends. They also threw a couple of receptions to their industry friends in Delhi and Mumbai. Ever since then, both Kohli and Anushka are living together happily managing their personal and professional lives perfectly.

Both of them make it a point to give ample time to each other despite being a lot busy in their respective professions. Anushka Sharma more often than not spares time to stay with her cricketer husband and was recently in England as well when Team India were playing in the recently concluded 2019 World Cup. The Men in Blue crashed out of the tournament in the semi-final against New Zealand.

Anushka Sharma has managed her profession superbly after getting married and has worked in some big films which rocked at the Box Office.

Anushka Sharma and especially, Virat Kohli, never shy away from the fact they love each other and the latter rather credits his success to her. They express their love for each other openly in the public and Virat Kohli believes Anushka has changed him a lot as a person.

Recently, the actress was seen in the awards show and she was asked an interesting question during the interview with Filmfare. The Bollywood diva was asked why she got married so early at the age of 29 and Anushka was quick in responding stating that she was in love. “I did it because I was in love,” the 31-year-old said.

As far as their personal lives are concerned, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma are on a vacation now it seems as the cricketer needs a break from the game after playing continuously for a long period of time.
