5. Najibullah Zadran | Afghanistan

Najibullah Zadran is quite a capable performer with the bat. He bats in the middle-order for Afghanistan and also bowls part-time off-spin. While he has been one of the most consistent performers in domestic cricket, he failed to replicate the success in international cricket.

On most of the occasions, Zadran throws his wicket away after getting to a good start, at a crucial juncture in the game putting the other batsmen under pressure. In 50 ODIs, he scored 1,077 runs at an average of 27 and registered 8 half-centuries. He needs to work on converting the starts into substantial scores.

6. Adil Rashid | England

Adil Rashid is a great performer for England in 50-over cricket. While he is a strength to the side, he also ends up being a burden at times. The leg-spinner tends to give away a lot runs at times and struggles with the consistency factor.

Even though he has got the knack of picking up regular wickets, his economy rate is slightly on the highest side. While this is a slight matter of concern, a strong English batting line-up makes up for this weakness. Thus, the side has found immense success together as a team.
