In a game where the fate kept changing dramatically, India managed to level the series by a 5-run win in the 2nd T20I at Nagpur against England, which went down till the last ball. After being put into bat, India posted 144 on the board with KL Rahul almost scoring half the team’s runs with a blistering 71.

England kept the required rate in check but some serious death bowling by Ashish Nehra and Jasprit Bumrah turned things around for India. Jos Buttler got better off Nehra in the penultimate over but a brilliant last over from Bumrah, where only 2 runs were scored when 8 were needed ensured the victory for Indians.
