Indian fans lash out at Hasan Ali for his trademark celebration at the Wagah border

There has been a needle between India and Pakistan, may it be during cricket matches or at the Wagha border. The wars are still going on in Jammu and Kashmir and recently a lot of controversy arose after Shahid Afridi opined himself over the same issue. A couple of days ago Hasan Ali was seen taking part in the retreat ceremony at Wagah Border and also performed his trademark celebrations. Though he got the cheers from all around for his actions, Indians are not at all amused and have trolled him brutally on Twitter.

The Indian Border Security Force and the Pakistan Rangers guard their respective territories at Wagah Border and every evening they take their flags down and close the gate with a retreat ceremony. It is a symbolic tradition and thousands of Indians and Pakistanis gather at the border to witness. Probably on an encouragement form fans and officials, Hasan Ali took part in the ceremony and went on to perform his bomb blast celebration which he does every time after picking a wicket.

Twitter laughs at the cricketer

While Hasan Ali received a lot of applauds from the fans and officials for the way he took part in the most important ceremony at the Wagah Border, the Indians are busy trolling him. They have called this as a childish behaviour by trolling the prime fast bowler of Pakistan. One of the Twitter users hilariously also suggested that the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) should buy him as a cheerleader. There were also a few who requested him to grow up and not to behave like this.

Interestingly, there were also some Pakistanis who felt Hasan Ali should concentrate on his game else he will remain joker only. Shadab Khan had to face all the heat as they trolled his teammate over his tweet itself in which he praised the young fast bowler for entertaining everyone at the Border.
