Preview:

Malaysia surged to a 2-0 lead in the 5-match T20I series against Hong Kong as they sealed a 35-run win in another rain-affected match. The game was reduced to 19 overs-a-side and Malaysia, who batted first again, posted 138/6 thanks to a 40-ball 46 from Virandeep Singh. The Hong Kong team, in reply, lost four wickets for just 8 runs on the board. They were further reduced to 28/6 in the 9th over as the required rate raised to 10. Despite Waqas Barkat and Aizaz Khan’s rescue act, the Hong Kong team fell a long way in the chase.

Weather Condition/Report:

It is unlikely to get a full 20-over match at the Kinrara Oval on Sunday with high chances of rain during the match timings.

Top Picks:

Syed Aziz is the safest option to be made captain or vice-captain in the fantasy team from this game. He scored an unbeaten 27 in the first game before the rain break and 21 runs with two sixes in the 2nd T20I. Aziz has four fifties to his name at close to 35 average in the T20I format. Bhushan Save has two single digits scores in two matches but he has a brilliant record in domestic matches. If he gets a start, he is likely to end up with a big knock.
