Forget everything that happened before, as the game was relatively boring until the uncrowned King of Indian cricket, MS Dhoni walked in to bat. Rising Pune Supergiants were well short of the required rate during the run chase and it seemed highly likely that the Kings XI Punjab would emerge victorious.

RPS needed 23 off the last over and no team ever had chased down so many runs off the last over in IPL. Dhoni hit a six off the second ball and a wide followed. Axar bowled a crucial dot ball, which brought the equation down to 16 in 3 balls. But the greatest finisher of all time hit a four and followed it with two big sixes to complete one of the most remarkable finishes probably in the history of the game. Hands down, that was one of the greatest moments in IPL history.
