IPL 2018: Here is what irked Preity Zinta during KXIP's game against CSK

The Kings XI Punjab have a very loyal fan base in the Indian Premier League. Despite the fact that the team has had three very poor seasons, the fans still turn out in huge numbers to support them. Also, one of their co-owners, Preity Zinta, is always seen cheering for her side in the same spirit every season. The Bollywood actor was recently seen attending the most recent match of the Kings XI Punjab.

The Kings had hosted the Chennai Super Kings at their home venue in Mohali. This was the second home game for the Kings this season. Interestingly, Kings have two home venues this season. In the match, Preity Zinta bagged quite some limelight due to her constant cheering and her expressions. Being a very popular face, she was bound to be the cameraman’s favorite during the game.

Also, much to her delight, her side won the thrilling encounter by 4 runs. For a brief while, MS Dhoni had threatened to take the game away from the hosts. Dhoni’s unbeaten 79 off 44 deliveries had got the CSK in the striking distance from the big win. However, Mohit Sharma held his nerve in the final over to successfully defend 17 runs.

Preity was ecstatic and so were the home fans in Mohali. Well, one would believe that everything went pretty smooth for Preity on the day. But the truth is that there was a moment in the match when the veteran actor had lost her cool big time. Preity Zinta was seen in the stands promoting her side. She was throwing out the KXIP jerseys to the fans.

This was a promotional activity of the franchise to keep the fans interested in the home side. Apparently, one of the fans ended up saying something to Preity that irked the actor. The reason is yet to be ascertained but a video clip has been going viral on the social media already. In the video, Preity is seen visibly unhappy with what the spectator said to her.
