The Kings XI Punjab are gearing up for the 2018 edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). The last three editions of the tournament have not been very fruitful for the Kings. Their previous best showing in the tournament was in the 2014 edition when they had reached the finals of the season. This year, they have a revamped camp and a new captain in Ravichandran Ashwin.

They will be hoping for their fortunes to turn around and get better in the tournament. Also, the Kings XI Punjab are set to have two home venues for the season. They have cited logistical issues for the same. The home matches of the Kings in the month of April will be played in Mohali, while the ones to be played in May will be held in Indore.

And now, in a very interesting move, the Kings have named all their seating blocks at the home venues after the name of their sponsors. The Kings XI Punjab recently announced the launch of their ticket sales for the home matches in Mohali and Indore. The seating blocks in Mohali have been named after the numerous sponsors of the team. The tickets start from INR 500 and go on till INR 8500.

The seating blocks

The seating blocks at the venue are Manyawar North Chair Block 2, Lotus Chair Block 2, Kent RO Block, Kent RO VIP Hospitality, Royal Stag North Pavilion Level 1, Royal Stag North Pavilion Level 2, Royal Stag North Pavilion Level 3, Finolex North Chair Block 1, Jio Chair Block 1, Fena Members Block, Kent RO AC Lounge, Corporate Box Level 1, Corporate Box Level 2.

The tickets are now available through the official ticketing partner of the KXIP – Paytm Insider and also on the official website of the franchise. Furthermore, the tickets also have attached benefits to them this season. There are various benefits listed along with the tickets such as the ‘The King’s View’, ‘The King’s Robes’, ‘Feast for a King’, ‘A Royal Show’, ‘Story of a King’. In the last one, the fans get featured in the official match after-movie!
