IPL 2018: Royal Challengers Bangalore gets another sponsor for the season

The Royal Challengers Bangalore have tied up with HPL Electric & Power Ltd in a recent signing by the franchise. This is yet another brand association in the most popular T20 league in the world. The company will be the official partner of the franchise in LED Lighting & Switchgears category. As per the reports, the HPL Electric & Power Ltd are very excited to be on the sponsors roster of the Royal Challengers Bangalore.

Team RCB is one of the most popular sides in the competition. Also, they will be lead by Virat Kohli, arguably the most popular name in the Indian cricket. As per the recent reports in News18, the association between the two parties will see the RCB team sporting the logo of HPL Electric & Power Ltd on their jerseys.

Also, the company is planning to come up with several engagement activities as a part of the their marketing strategy following the big deal. The officials of the conglomerate have conceded that they wish to grow in the markets and hence, view the IPL as an ideal platform to become a household name in the business.

Both parties express their delight on the deal

The T20 format of the game gives the brands a wider audience range. The company is keen on increasing their budget on marketing this year. Hence, they have made a move as big as this one going ahead with the plans. Meanwhile, the RCB camp has also expressed their happiness with the recent signing.
