The Indian Premier League (IPL) has just started but fans have already witnessed several nail-biting encounters. The franchises have more or less figured out their winning combinations and look to start a winning momentum that will gain them an entry into the playoffs. While the likes of Hyderabad and Punjab see themselves at the top half of the table, Mumbai and Bangalore find themselves on the wrong end of the points table.
Busy schedule
IPL is an eight-team tournament with each team having a different home venue. The home and away fixtures result in players traveling for long hours with very few rest days. Sometimes, a team has to play a match in one part of the country and then move to the other part of the country within a span of three days. The positive side of the transit time is that players get to know each other better by spending some quality time with them.
With their next away game scheduled against Kings XI Punjab, SRH traveled to Chandigarh, while Kolkata Knight Riders, who will be taking on Rajasthan Royals, touched down in Jaipur.

The Kolkata Knight Riders will be facing the Rajasthan Royals on Wednesday in the Pink city. All eyes will be on RR’s Sanju Samson who looks in Midas touch. Samson needs to counter the likes of Narine and Curran to get his team to a good total. KKR will be banking on Rana and Russell to deliver again and seal two important points for their side.
With three wins out of three, table-toppers SRH will take on KXIP on Thursday as Kane Williamson’s men will look to extend their lead at the top. The bolwers of SRH have come to the party as the opposition teams are finding it hard to score big against them.
