The Royal Challengers Bangalore have found a winning spree lately but are still in with a chance of sealing a playoffs spot as the other teams in contention are struggling. After losing their first six matches, RCB won four out of five matches including three in a row. They will now be up against Delhi Capitals who needed only one win from their last three matches. They would be hoping to win more than one from this position and finish in the top two positions.

All the key stats and numbers ahead of yet another must-win game for the RCB:

2 – Only twice the Delhi Capitals (Delhi Daredevils) have defeated the Royal Challengers since the start of 2011. The two sides faced off in 16 matches in this span with RCB winning in 12. One game ended in a Tie where RCB won in the Super Over while another match ended without a result.

He scored 802 runs in only 19 innings against Delhi at an average of 66.83 average with help of eight fifties. Kohli scores 30+ in each of his previous six innings against them which includes four fifties.


987 – Runs Rishabh Pant has scored in the Twenty20 format at the Feroz Shah Kotla in Delhi. Pant needs 13 more runs to become the 2nd player after Virender Sehwag (1199) to complete 1000 T20 runs at this venue.
