IPL 2019: Match 50, CSK vs DC – Predicted top performer based on stats and records for Fantasy Cricket

It has been a dream run for the Delhi Capitals this edition, who finally managed to reach the final four of a season for the first time in seven years. After a memorable group stage performance in 2012, this is the first time they breached the bottom four barrier and here they are, with their spot confirmed despite having two more games in hand.

One of the key reasons behind his success has been his positive approach. Dhawan keeps taming the new ball bowlers and he’s trying to bat for long periods. His opening partner Prithvi Shaw has not been very impressive this season, but very clearly, the southpaw is trying to shadow his poor run and has been pretty successful thus far. He has registered half-centuries in each of his last three innings.

His record against the Chennai Super Kings seems pretty decent, with six fifty-plus scores in the 19 innings he played against them. He also has a brilliant scoring record against Harbhajan Singh, but to tackle him on the slow Chepauk track is a different ball game. Nevertheless, he is expected to top all battles as the CSK might once again enter the battlefield without their Captain Marvel MS Dhoni.
