The Chennai Super Kings will finish their league stage by facing the Kings XI Punjab in the last match as they did during the previous edition. This game will be crucial in deciding CSK’s final position in the points table. If CSK defeats Kings XI or doesn’t lose by a big margin, they are confirmed about their top two finish irrespective of the MI-KKR game result. Kings XI Punjab, on the other hand, needs to win by a huge margin with RR, SRH and KKR losing on the weekend.
